Moderation and Support

Level-Up! Connect uses moderation tools to help maintain a safe environment. Chat is logged for safety, and server plugins help flag or limit inappropriate language, spam, advertising, hate speech, and other conduct that may breach the Code of Conduct.

Players can report concerns in-game by typing /ticket create followed by a short description of what happened. Support staff may be online at other times, but administrators typically review and respond to tickets on weekdays between 4:00pm and 6:00pm AEST/Victoria time.

  • Second breach: temporary ban or access restriction.
